It is straw yellow coloured with slight ash grey reflections. It has a fragrant bouquet, recalling citrus, apples. steely minerality, vanilla and lime flowers. Much rounder and more supple than most would expect. The ripe apple flavour carries through with a touch of lemon and a bit of creaminess to the finish.
