Michel Lihrmann has been the senior winemaker for over 25 years and his style of dryer wines has been a huge hit, expressing the wonderful breadth of the Alsatian terroir and pushing pure fruit flavours to the fore.

Fantastic quality Pinot Blanc, dry yet fleshy, rounded and full of body. This wine has a perfumed nose with hints of peaches and citrus and a steely backbone that carries through on the palate. Faint spice and crisp finish to balance.
