It has really intense fruits of the forest in it. There's a little bit of brambly-ness, but there's some really nice sour cherry and a really beautiful, clean acidity on the finish. It's a Pinot-esque sort of style of wine.
Light in colour. Its fruit driven with aromas of tropical fruits and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate it is elegant, well-balanced with flavours of yellow and green fruit, minerality and a long finish.
The Fritz Riesling contains wonderful ripeness with in lovely stone fruit characters of peach and apricot. The cool climate works to retain acidity which lends freshness and the red soils give the wine a spice and aromatic lift. Dry, fresh and full of character.
