Braucol is a variety more commonly known in the southwest of France as Fer Servadou (or Mansois in Marcillac). It's bright as a button with loads of vibrant, red fruited, jubey aromas and flavours and a crunchy, juicy fresh personality in the mouth. Bloody delicious!. Think of a bright Pinot or Beaujolais with some stems and you'll be coming close in style. But of course, it has its own irresistible personality that reflects both a unique grape and its unique terroir.
